Join Vix in village locations around Marlborough or online via Zoom. Book blocks of 6-7 week terms through GymCatch, if you miss a class during the term there are lots of ways to redeem a credit during the term, read Terms & Conditions for more details.
In-person classes offer expert guidance, hands-on corrections, and a dedicated space for mind-body practice. Enjoy the motivation of a social setting.

For those who are new to Pilates and want to learn the Fundamentals and Principles of Pilates from the beginning, this is the class for you.
This mixed ability mat based Pilates class offers levels and modifications for all experience and ability level. From Beginners to Advanced you can advance your Pilates practice at your own pace.
Intermediate Pilates is the next step to your Pilates practice. With little to no injuries and at least 2 years of Pilates experience you will enjoy some more complex flows, some challenging full body work and a deeper understanding of the Pilates method.
This mixed level Hatha Yoga class combines breath work and relaxation with physical poses and simple flows.
Suitable for beginners and those starting to progress their practice.
This combination of Pilates and Yoga requires some knowledge of Pilates and Yoga as we flow through intermediate asanas and mat-work Pilates exercises. Get ready to move your whole body in this fun and varied class.

Saturday mornings will have a different format this term and I hope they will inspire you to jump out of bed and join me on your mat. They will each have a specialist focus and will coach you through some of the key elements that will make your Pilates practice soar. These sessions will be available to book and pay for as individual classes. ( please note there is a minimum requirement of 2 participants per class.) You can use your class credits or pay online, however you cannot book these and then cancel in order to move to a midweek session, if you book and are unable to attend you will be sent a video recording.
November 15th: 9.15am-10am £7.50
– How breathing impacts your practice and how you can improve your technique.
November 29th: 9.15am-10am £7.50
– Neutral spine OR imprinted spine? Which to do When. (this session will include a 10 minute spinal flow that you can practice daily at home)
December 6th: 9.15am-10am £7.50
– Balance, how to improve your balance and why is it so important. (have a small tennis ball and chair available)

We are lucky enough to have secured a place at this busy venue just outside of Devizes in the village of Rowde. There is parking, carpeted floor for extra comfort and a great sized space.
